All prices displayed on the Adorva website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change product prices, promotions, discounts, and offers at any time.

A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and confirmed by Adorva, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

6. Orders

When you place an order, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.

After receiving your order, we may contact you to confirm your order details, particularly for Cash on Delivery orders.

An order is considered accepted by Adorva when we have confirmed it for fulfillment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including situations involving:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

7. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is currently available for eligible orders within Pakistan.

By placing a Cash on Delivery order, you agree to pay the full order amount in cash when the order is delivered.

You should provide an accurate phone number and delivery address and remain reasonably available to receive the order.

Repeatedly placing orders without intending to receive them may result in restrictions on future Cash on Delivery orders.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are delivered within Pakistan through our delivery and fulfillment partners.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, incorrect customer information, remote-area delivery, or other circumstances outside Adorva's reasonable control.

This means that Adorva may not physically hold every product listed on the website before an order is placed.

This does not affect your rights under our Return Policy or applicable law.
